We believe that the unique way in which AsIs Technologies has formed has also helped us to be as successful as we are. Although all of our staff members know each other quite well, we do not necessarily work in the same building. We have encouraged our staff to “find their own space”. What this has culminated in is groups of staff located around the world. We have staff in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Canada.

However this is not a bad thing. In fact, it has helped us to perfect our products! We use the exact same tools that we recommend to our clients and when working with us, you will see how effectively we can work.

Generally we still have teams of our staff geographically situated together. When you become an AsIs Technologies client, you will likely deal with the one team. When this team needs more resources, we pool our other teams together to make a team that is perfectly fitted for your project. The distance in fact helps our production as we pass a project between teams throughout the day. If necessary, we can pool everyone to have a 24 hour production and testing team, for example.

Although each team is relatively autonomous, we all stand by the AsIs Technologies name. All of our staff believe in each other and know each other well enough to keep an amazing symbiosis between teams.

In fact, it is this symbiosis that we believe uniquely defines AsIs Technologies.

We all still know who is doing what and are always offering advice between teams. Our differing environments have already shown a real change in input between staff and so has helped immensely in providing the broadest of ideas for our clients.

We all still come together at different times throughout the year, just to touch base and introduce new members of the AsIs Technologies team to each other.

It's an exciting company to work for and an amazing company to work with.
